On July 29, 2017 Charlie O’Rouke and his committee held the 20th Annual White Horse Beach Charity Golf Tournament. This year there were 92 golfers in attendance, and for the first time in the history of this event we had a bit of inclement weather. The golfers were treated to a dinner and raffles after golfing.

The tournament raised $5,600.00 for the Scott C. Foster Metabolic Research Fund which is administered by the MSUD Family Support Group.

I can’t remember how many years now that Charlie has been raising money for the fund but it is safe to say he has raised over $50,000 in memory of my son. Thanks to Charlie and his committee for another successful year.
