Virginia Schuett did it again! She is the author of several low protein cookbooks and the latest is titled Low Protein Bread Machine Baking for PKU. It is a spiral bound, 8 x 8 inch, 100 page book with 92 recipes.  Chapter titles are "Everyday Breads," "Specialty Breads," "Handshaped Breads," and "Crusts and Spreads." (The spreads include "Steve's Peanut Butter" - a look alike, taste alike, without real peanut butter and only .1 gm protein per tablespoon.) Bread recipes have individual versions geared for different bread machines and baking mixes. It has many bread making hints gathered from Virginia's years of experience with low protein recipes.
